(Janesville, WI) - John Deere signed a 237,500 SF lease at 2929 Venture Drive to expand its distribution footprint in the City. With this expansion, John Deere will now occupy nearly three-quarters of a million SF in the City's Beloit Avenue Industrial Corridor. Originally constructed for and occupied by an automotive supplier, 2929 Venture Drive has been transformed from a single-purpose 706,800 SF building into a flexible / functional multi-tenant complex. This transformation was facilitated by $2.5 Million worth of interior renovations that began in YR 2009.
Tom Simon (CBRE) provided owner representation, while Tim Reynolds (CBRE) represented the tenant.
