Property Management

Even though HDC does commercial construction, 90% of our work is for ourselves to maintain our reputation as we are the toughest client to please. Therefore maintaining the property as if we occupied the location is of the up-most importance.  We understand the last thing a client need is extraneous distractions interfering with their schedule. Our tenants rely on HDC to respond quickly to needs, obstacles, anticipate the CAM requirements, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
